CARDIAC REHABILITATION
We offer outpatient cardiac rehabilitation programs to help patients learn heart-healthy habits. This program is specially designed for people who have had heart attack, heart surgery, or have been referred by a practitioner.
Pulmonary Rehabilitation
We offer inpatient and outpatient pulmonary testing to help patients learn about lung disease.Your practitioner will prescribe which type of testing is best suited to meet your diagnostic needs. These can include:

PHYSICAL, OCCUPATIONAL, & SPEECH THERAPIES
Our Physical Therapists focus on rehabilitating the patient to restore function, reduce the risk of injury and prevent further functional decline.
Our Occupational Therapists focus on increasing your independence and safety when orthopedic or neurological deficits occur. Occupational Therapists may also perform home safety evaluations and make recommendations to improve your functioning within your home environment.
Speech Pathologists evaluate and treat children and adults with speech, language, cognition and swallowing disorders. We can treat congenital and developmental disorders in the pediatric populations as well as acquired problems related to stroke, brain injury and other neurological conditions in the adult population.
