Athletic Training Services

Our Athletic Trainers provide immediate care of acute athletic injuries as well as injury prevention, evaluation, rehabilitation and possible referral to further medical evaluation.

During the summer months CMH ATCs provide an opportunity for our local athletes to improve their speed, explosiveness and agility through their Plyometric Training Camp.

Crawford Memorial Hospital has consulting practitioners representing many specialties that visit our hospital as often as once a week or once a month, or utilize Telemedicine capabilities to provide services. Diabetes Education

Diabetes Education Center offers one-on-one education and support for people who are newly diagnosed with diabetes or want to know about the condition. Classes are led by a registered dietitian and may be covered by insurance.

Home Health Agency

We are a team of health care professionals who provide education and high-quality health care to patients in their own homes. Our goal is to work with you or your loved one’s practitioner to help the patient regain the ability to live as independently and comfortably as possible, based on his or her abilities.

Some of our services include:

Colostomy/Urostomy care; Diabetic care and education; Medication injections, instructions and/or education; Intravenous therapies, such as chemotherapy, pain medication and antibiotics; Wound care and dressing changes; physical, speech and occupational therapy

Our Certified Home Health Aides provide a wide range of personal care services such as bathing, grooming, skin care, and shampooing, as well as shopping, errands, light housekeeping, laundry.

A patient may qualify for home health services if they meet the following criteria:

The patient is home bound
The service is prescribed by the patient’s physician
Has a skilled need

Services are available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. Regularly scheduled visits are made on a daily or weekly basis depending on individual need.

Infusion Center

The Infusion Center offers chemotherapy and other infusions.
A variety of specialized treatments and procedures we offer include:

Laboratory Services

We have a full service laboratory offering timely, accurate, state-of-the-art testing. Our staff is dedicated to a high level of technical expertise and excellent customer service.

Hours: Monday thru Friday 6 am - 6 pm; Saturday 7 am - 2 pm

Pain Management Center

We treat acute and chronic pain, including:

Neck Pain, including work-related injuries
Back Pain, including work-related injuries and sciatica

Healing Wounds Is Our Speciality

Wound Center

The Wound Center at Crawford Memorial Hospital is an outpatient wound care treatment center caring for patients who have wounds that are not healing well. We provide comprehensive Wound Care and Ostomy Management.

Sometimes the simplest wound can turn into a significant problem due to an underlying condition such as diabetes, circulation problems or a previous radiation treatment. Since non-healing wounds rarely have a single cause, the team uses a comprehensive approach to create customized treatment plans that meet the need of each individual patient.

Must have a practitioner referral.

Urology

There’s no need to travel for in-person urology services. CMH offers urology care in its Consulting Clinic - a local, on-site team is dedicated to preventing, diagnosing, and treating a wide range of urological conditions. Some of the procedures we offer are:
